An employee is an eligible Telstra employee if you:

• - are a Telstra permanent, fixed term or casual employee paid on the Telstra Payroll System, (includes people who are on approved paid or unpaid leave), or;
• - you are employed by one of Telstra’s controlled subsidiaries on either permanent, or fixed term or casual basis and have a valid email address from one of Telstra’s email domains.
