How redeeming works and what to expect once you've made a purchase through My Rewards Plus.
How to Redeem
- Click theRedeem Nowbutton.
- You'll be redirected to the vendor's website.
- Make your purchase as usual from the vendor's website.
Terms and Conditions
Cashback is valid only on purchases made through the Redeem Now link. In-store purchases are not eligible for cashback.
Some important cashback information
- Cashback is deposited to your rewards account as points.
- You can redeem these points for items online, or request your points balance be converted to a Digital Visa.
- Cashback may take up to 30 days to process, depending on the online vendor.
- Cashback terms apply to items on sale, promotions and discounted purchases, unless otherwise stated.
- The vendor reserves the right to approve valid transactions only.
- Cashback will not be awarded on cancelled, returned or refunded purchases.
- Your cashback balance must reach a minimum of $20.00 before it can be converted to a Digital Visa.
Terms
Vendor
The online retailer you're redirected to when you click Redeem Now. Only purchases made there are eligible for cashback — in-store purchases aren't.
Points
Your cashback is added to your rewards account as points. You can spend these online or convert your balance to a Digital Visa.
Digital Visa
A prepaid Visa gift card loaded with your converted points and sent digitally, once your points balance reaches $20.00. Card fees apply.
Valid Transaction
A purchase the vendor confirms meets their own conditions — for example, no pricing errors, stock issues or failed fraud checks. Only valid transactions earn cashback.
Processing time
The time between your purchase and your cashback appearing as points in your account — up to 30 days, depending on the vendor.
